No Question. The Gluten-free Slideshow Has Some Incorrect Information. Oats

No question. The Gluten-free slideshow has some incorrect information. Oats do have gluten and beer has been shown not to have the protein in it. I’ve been gluten free due to an allergy for 11 years and I keep up to date on information. The comment about beer was made by the doctor who developed the celiac scale and it is named after him. The studies on beer were done in England.
In addition showing sugar-coated candy and a substitute for “sweet and chewy” is downright unethical when sugar has been shown to have so many detrimental health effects. Really, where are the medical ethics and morals here??
I have lost a great deal of respect for this publication as a result of the information provided.
