So far you might not have heard about this different system of treatment or you have not understood its importance or you might not have yet tried it at least once in your life time. You have not given your age, the duration of the illness etc. which are essential to answer satisfactorily. If your diabetes is diagnosed as juvenile type and insulin dependant then the chances of cure become less. Otherwise, if you are diagnosed as Diabetes type II, then there are more chances of cure through Homoeopathy. This is because the proportion of inactive or dead beta cells of the Islets of Langerhans in the pancreas will be more in the first category and will be less in the second category. They are producing Insulin in the healthy body. The more you supply the insulin from outside and the more you take drugs to reduce the blood sugar the chances of producing natural insulin from the pancreas become less. This is a natural feedback mechanism of the body. (Children do not learn to eat by themselves as long as the over caring mother feed them at every time). Since you are on antidiabetic drugs and larger units of insulin, for longer periods I suppose, total withdrawing of insulin and drugs will not work. My advise as a Homoeopath is to try to taper down the units of insulin you take to allow your body to produce it by itself, along with Homoeopathic treatment. In Homoeopathy we do not treat Diabetes but the diabetic patient. This may not be understood in the real sense if you have not learnt the philosophy of Homoeopathy, which is different from conventional medicine. Homoeopathy takes into consideration, the mental make up also along with the physical make up with all other constitutional genetic peculiarities to select a remedy that will improve the health of the patient. Once you become healthier your diabetes has to get better. Since your general health is deteriorating day by day and no doctor has given you chance of removing the large doses of insulin and drugs, and since you do not find any improvement in your general health condition, you can try a different method of treatment . So my advise to you dear friend is to approach an expert Homoeopath at the earliest and follow his treatment and regimen for an earliest recovery.
