New Born Child Not Crying, Any Abnormality ?

I have baby son of one month age. From begining he is not crying in that extent what the others crying. He is crying rarely. Two three times a day for 20 to 30 seconds for each. We are worrying because the senior person in family telling that its something abnormal, thats why he is not crying. Please clarify.

Consult pediatrician, with all history and examination he will be able to guide you properly.
