General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
IT can be due to mild infection of that area associated with surrounding inflammation.
I prescribe antibiotic like cefuroxime along with anti inflammatory drug to my patients with similar complaints.
Keep the area clean.
Consult a surgeon and get it clinically examined.
Wish you good health
