Need Treatment For Black Pimple Patches In The Face

I have dark black pimple patches in my face.i tried so many types of cream and also i went for a demotologist too.but no fair answer for my problem.please can i know what should i do for this and tell me a good brand to use for this skin problem and want to get a faire skin too

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain dark patches after healing of pimples occurs due to Post Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation and such kind of hyperpigmentation takes a long time to resolve, so you will have to keep patience and maintain consistency to follow the treatment..
I would suggest you to start washing your face with Salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash..
You can apply creams containing Kojic acid, glycolic acid , and arbutin..
You can also apply Vitamin E and C containing creams..
You can also apply Licorice and Grapeseed extract containing creams..
You can exfoliate your skin with a gentle face scrub twice a week..
You should drink plenty of water ..
Limit sun exposure and always apply sunscreen lotion when exposed to sun..
You can also go for treatments like Microdermabrasion, dermal rollers, chemical peeling, Photofacial etc..
