Thank you for your query. However, i would like to mention that though the concept is widespread in society, medical research has failed to find any link between semen loss and ill health/ weakness.
Semen is produced continuously in the testis, stored for some time, and eliminated, either voluntarily (as in sex,
masturbation) or involuntarily (popularly known as nightfall). this is a natural process.
However, if you feel weak, or lack energy, you can get yourself looked at by a physician nearby for any underlying illness.
I would also like to tell you that most patients whom i see for these complaints, however, don't have any real illness and tend to feel much better with a balanced healthy diet of protein (meat, eggs, milk, pulses), carbohydrates (
glucose, potato, rice), fat (vegetable oils, butter),
vitamins (green vegetables, fresh fruits) and minerals (iron, zinc,
iodine etc) along with exercising and trying to follow a healthy lifestyle.
