Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M.Forum.
Specific Gravity 1.030 ( normal 1.001-1.035), pH 6.0(5-9.0)
Now turbidity in urine is due to presence of mucus, urates,
epithelial cells & albumin.
The point of concern is presence of ALBUMIN, Red Blood Cells 8-12 , Pus cells 25-30/HPF, BACTERIA.
1 In my opinion may be due
chronic renal failure or chronic
renal infection as urine contains bacteria as well as pus cells i.e. infection in
urinary system. Get in ultrasound of both kidney including ureter , bladder , urethra to rule out any serious disease.
Consult an
urologist and get his opinion
2 May be due to stone in kidney , ureter, bladder . diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound .
As blood present so this suggest of stone while pus cells indicates added infection.
In my opinion urologist consultation is important.
Good luck. Dr. HET
