General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Whether you are a patient of HYPOTHYROIDISM or not ,is your main question after the treatment of HYPERTHYROIDISM.
Hypothyroidism is a state of thyroid function characterized by normal thyroxin ( T 4 ) and triiodothyronin ( T3) concentrations with a slightly elevated Thyroid stimulating hormone ( T S H ) level and an exaggerated T SH response to I V thyrotropin Releasing hormone ( TRH ( 400 mcg) administration.
Now I am writing normal value of various hormone .
TSH 0.5-4.7 m U/L
T3 0.92-2.78 n mol/L
T4 58-140 nmol/L
As I have mentioned these standard units of various hormones , so please write down correct reading , so we can assess the diagnosis .
Good luck.
