Need Medicine For Nausea With Chills And Constipation

Horrible nausea and can t go to the bathroom. ?? Hello, for the past 6 days I have been experiencing some bad nausea. It s keeping me from being productive. And to the point where It s hard to eat and keeping me up at night. I have chills off and on but no fever. I recently have been constipation. My period is supposed to come sometime this week but it hasn t so I took a pregnancy test. It came out negative. I ve tried everything to help. I ve eaten garlic, ginger, vitamin c, pepto. Nothing seems to work. Should I go to a doctor? Please help.

I really appreciate your concern, vomiting is such symptoms happens in many illness and most common is abdomen disease right from dyspepsia (hyperacidity) inflammatory disease of visceral contain, and infection, if the pregnancy test is negative then it may not be due to that, the first thing is to ruled out the liver pathology, biliary disease apart from these it could be due to other pathologies and infection till is being diagnosed condition can be managed with Ondansetron orally or injectable hope this information helps.
