Need Medicine For Chest Burning With Stomach Ulcers

I have chest burning L side radiates to back and down L arm to elbow no cardiac symptoms have had for two months been hospitalized recently with cardiac workup.GI workup and surgery workup.The Results were small ulcer in stomach pain continues as strong as ever would like some answers please.

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of having burning in chest left side, radiating to back down left arm to elbow on left side. Cardiac check up is normal. Was hospitalized and found to have gastric ulcer.
The ulcers on the posterior part of stomach can cause pain radiation to the the back.
But difficult to explain the pain in the left side of upper body.
I would advise you to complete the courses for the gastric ulcer.
The chest pain can be due to GERD that is gastroesophageal reflux,.
And the pain in the left arm to elbow can also be due to Cervical spine or muscle spasm.
Get an opinion of an Orthopedic Surgeon for the neck and arm pain as the Cardiac cause is already ruled out.
All these investigations along with clinical evaluation can help us to get a proper diagnosis and treatment.
