Need Medication For Sharp Pounding Headache & Pressure In Head

My mom has been having sharp, pounding headaches that are producing a lot of pressure in her head. She has also become dizzy and light headed the past 2 days. Earlier today her nose started to bleed excessively. She refuses to go to the hospital, but I am very worried.

i feel your mother's symptoms is due to very high blood pressure or some disease related to her brain. so she neeeds urgent medical attention. best thing is admitting her to hospital as she may need ENT referal/ CT brain/ urgent blood presssure reduction. but if it is really diffficult to take her to hospital , take her to your family physician at least. he can check blood presssure , give some medications and he may able to convince her to adimit to the hospital.
