Need Medication For Rashes Around Crotch Area And Inner Thigh

I ve had a rash since I was little. I saw a doctor but gave me a cream that didn t help. I ve tried everything & nothing works. The itch is around my crotch area, on my but cheeks & inner thighs. It turned the skin in that area black. The itch is so intense it wakes me up when I sleep. Please help

Hi,

It could be a fungal infection called TINEA CRURIS. Only topicals are not useful for extensive lesions.

Personal hygiene Tab Itraconazole 200 mg daily until lesions are clear Tab Teczine for combat the itching sensation.

Topical application..good one is AMOROLFINE..available as LIVAFIN CP from CADILA company, reduce your problem completely.

Dusting powders like clotrimazole DK GEL powder to maintain dryness on the affected area.
