Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely fungal infection Tenia corporis. For my patients with such condition i treat with ointments of clotrimazole or terbinafine for local application and Tab Fluconazole weekly once for 1 month to stop recurrence. Use warm water or warm saline to wash the area and keep dry.Change sweaty clothes at time.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
