Need Medication For Back Pain, Breathlessness And Heart Burning

I had back pain for a long time but never felt chest pain, once I had a little breath shortness, and a bad heart burring, the doctor advised me to take ECG, the ECG result was not good and had to take angiography, as result RCA is blocked %100 and LAD is %50, but the doctor told me you are lucky because your RCA area is supporting by other and he gave me medicines for 50%, since I have taken Medicine I feel a little pain in my chest and under my left shoulder attached to chest bone, I am from Afghanistan and I did all tests In India, but don't know why I have gotten such a pain that I did not have before taking medicines? my tallness is 178 CM and weight is 84 kg. mail add: YYYY@YYYY

I rally appreciate your concern from the history given here I could say that you have "coronary artery disease" if the findings are positive of EKG and angiography then the condition need to be managed accordingly with the medicine this disease gives very good result only the matter is changing the life style from the grass routed level, if this is not passible then it would be advisable to got for arterial stent, hope this information helps you have nice day.
