Need Help With Understanding Lab Test Results

hi i am 36 yr old male.I weigh 170lbs and I am 5.11".I am fine otherwise just a little dizzy at times my blood pressure tends to be on the higher side (140/90).My doctor ran sum tests everything is fine just but the doctor sent me a note stating "elevated liveer enzyme(hepatitis) can cause fatigue but less likely a cause of dizziness" what should i make of this?

Your doctor's note suggests that you have elevated liver enzyme which generally indicates hepatitis , hepatitis may cause fatigue but is less likely to be a cause of dizziness.That means the cause of your dizziness is not clear.you can check your hemoglobin as anaemia is most common cause of dizziness.
