Need Advice On Frenulum Breve/Phimosis Foreskin Issue
Possible phismosis and short frenulum breve.
The opening on my foreskin is to small for me to pull the skin back over the head of my penis more than a cenimeter. The frenulum is also to short to allow the skin the move much. I am 16, male, 5'10", and 130 lbs.
