Neck Stiffness, No Injury, Anxiety, Swelling In Throat

For the past several weeks I have had an annoying stiff, almost enflamed feeling on the side of my lower neck. It is a strange feeling and hard to explain. I have not injured myself that I can think of.Not so much painful, but annoying. I get bad anxiety so I have been worrying about it.
I now also feel a swollen feeling in my throat, but don't feel sick.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
The poor posture either during sleep or during working condition the neck muscles get stiff or pulled from either side this is common cause second lower respiratory tract infection also causes such problem if it is due to lower respiratory infection then underlying cause has to be treated if it is due to poor posture the I would advise you to have "Chlorzoxazone " tab. with acetaminophen this will give good relief have nice day.
