Nausea when eating junk food. What is going on?

Hi, I'm an 18 year old female track and field athlete. In the past I have been known to eat pretty decent amounts of junk food and soda. I'm not overweight at all, I just like to eat a lot (I am a runner after all) and I've never had any problems with it before and never gained any weight or felt sick or anything from it. But recently whenever I eat something unhealthy even if it's just a very small amount like a few chips or Oreos I feel very nauseous and think i might vomit. What's going on?!
