Hi, I'm an 18 year old female track and field athlete. In the past I have been known to eat pretty decent amounts of junk food and soda. I'm not overweight at all, I just like to eat a lot (I am a runner after all) and I've never had any problems with it before and never gained any weight or felt sick or anything from it. But recently whenever I eat something unhealthy even if it's just a very small amount like a few chips or Oreos I feel very nauseous and think i might vomit. What's going on?!
Hi, Thanks for posting your query. Eating junk food and drinking soda can worsen acid reflux disease. You probably must be having acid reflux disease. Avoid junk food and soda. Take prilosec for relief. Regards, Dr.Ratnakar Kini
