Nausea, Stomach Pain, Low Blood Pressure, Watery Stools. Vasovagal Response?

My husband had to pull over his vehicle because he felt nauseated and just "not right". He was experiencing stomach pain earlier. He felt the need to lay down so he was found laying on the ground by his vehicle. He was conscious, but he stated that he just couldn't respond. The ER thought it was an aortic aneurysim, but ruled it out (Thank heaven). They stated that it was a vasovagal response to something??? His blood pressure dropped to 80/56, sugar was 60 and he was quite "out of it". Doctor doesn't seem concerned, but this guy is never sick!!! He had watery stools for 3 days after.
