My wisdom teeth have been growing in for years and recently they are hurting do bad I haven't been able to eat and i can barely speak. I feel nauseous constantly. They haven't broken through My gums but they are impacted. (i got x rays about 2 years ago showing they are growing forward) they are now showing little mountains where the tooth is growing in. They do bleed here and there. I just looked with an led light and I saw a ton of little red veins on both sides where my wisdom teeth are. Does this mean there is an infection or just inflammation?
