My Wife Was Admitted With 105 Degree Fever And Later

My wife was admitted with 105 degree fever and later diagnosed positive for Dengue.
Her platelet dropped to a low of 135k and since the fever has left on day 8 the test showed it had passed the 200k mark.
In the blood test while admitted, her levels were for SGOT and SGPT were 410 and 254 and day 8 report shows 230 and 213 drops.
Is there a cause of worry? The ultra sound on day 7 showed the liver to be fine as per the reports.

What are the dos and donts. We have a check up on day 10 with the doctors. Is there anything I should ask?
