My Wife ,60years Of Age Has Recently Suffered A Heart

My wife ,60years of age has recently suffered a heart attack. Her two arteries were 90% blocked, so angioplasty was performed & she had two stents , one in each. But due to heart attack , she has mitral valve regurgitation swear and Echo result has shown heart working at 35%. She is on allopathic medication. However Doctors have not suggested surgery and have suggested that she will improve by medication. She has high Diabeties. Is there any precautions to take further or if any further suggestions so that she can improve ASAP so that her life is not endangered due to any delay in treatment
