My Name Is Michael And I Am A 36 Year

My name is Michael and I am a 36 year old male. I have a question about a trend I notice about summer months. During the summer months, I have to get up anywhere from 2-5 times a night to urinate. During the winter and autumn, I sleep with no interruptions. Because of the heat, I do consume a lot more fluid in the summer (water, Gatorade, tea; an occasional soda). I stop consuming fluid around 7pm as I am usually in the bed by 11pm. The constant waking up to go to the bathroom leaves me waking up each morning sluggish, tired, and slow. I hate energy drinks, but I sometimes pop one open to get me through the day. Is there an OTC med that can help with this condition or a home remedy for this this. As I mentioned earlier, I only have this problem during the summer months; I may only go to the bathroom twice that day with fluid consumption, but rest assured, I will got multiple times during the night.
