My Nails Are Slowly Losing Smoothness And Are Getting Malformed

Toe nails are getting indented (horizontal marks are appearing) they have lost their smoothness what can be be the reason? Is this the symptom of some deficiency or disease?

check ur HB.
THYROID,FINGAL INFECTION,PSORIASIS ALSO ALTER NAIL SMOOTHNESS
