My mother was on an estrogen suppliment until 73 years old and then the doctor decided she should come off of it just because of her age, she had no issues with it. She had a hysterectory when she was 32. Shortly after coming off the estrogen she started having problems with incontinence, something that she did not have problems with prior. We have no history of strokes or cardiac issues in our family. No problems with blood clots. Do women who make no estrogen ever stay on a small amount, I really feel this contributed to her incont.?
