My Husband Was In Icu Last Week With Necrotising Facitis

My husband was in icu last week with necrotising facitis in his right arm. He is home now, and the stitches from the two surgeries to clean out the infection are healing. Today the skin on his left fingers is falling off in bi clumps. Do we need to be concerned about that. There is no pain or redness...just clumps of white skin.
