My husband start having very brittle fingernail and has always had very strong nails and white stuff was under them that looked like dead skin but it isn't. He also had these tiny briwn spots that have appeared all over his body including face and neck and at time something will come out or he can dig it out. He is feeling crawling can't eat for tasting something and driving him crazy. They are in his ears also. They look like a string at time poking out his skins. He needs relief. He did the treatment for scabies but it may be more than that because can't get rid of them now for about 6 months. I could go on and on but need direction in what type doctor to go to and pray this can get under control
