My Husband Is A Hear T Patient He Is In

My husband is a hear t patient he is in AID they think he has had condition for around a guest He has had hi heart test and no artery problems , but his heart is damaged the too and the bottom ,or stylistic&Diabolic and his heart had blood clots so he is on Canadians lacks along with many other meds ..He is also diabetic and is being treated for this too .After two . Weeks in the Hospital they took 20lbs. Off of his lungs around heart which was greatly in larger as well .His ejection fraction is only 20 , so he is being given many meds for this as well .My question ...in a moth , it will be three months , is it normal for the fraction to go up ?? He is 68 yrs old but has always been busy, He has some moments when he is very spicy &he almost seems he is goingin slow motion .They have now given him another blood pressure. How low can it get without becoming harmful ??
