My husband, age 80, has multiple orthopedic problems and bladder cancer but otherwise has been in relatively good health. In last 3 days, he does fine util early afternoon when he beomes hilled and even with the house at 80 degrees, has to go to bed with piles of blankets. He stays there through evening and overnight, then starts up in the AM feeling normal until the cycle repeats.
