My heart skips every fourth beat, but not always. This happens about once a week and lasts about 2 hours. I've been diagnosed with panic disorder and take 150mg effector xr and 1mg Xanax a day when needed. I don't notice it happening more when anxious. Seems to just happen. I'm 33 and my yearly blood work just came back perfect. My Dr said years ago the palpitations can be normal and said my ekg looked normal. Should I worry about this? It freaks me out when it happens.
