My Heart Rate Is 150/67, Is It Normal?

Hi I am a 56 year old female. I swim for an hour 3 times a week. My top blood pressure is high and the bottom number is low.. Should I worry.. It is 150 / 67 I really wish the top # would be lower.. What should I do to help that? Thanks Wenona For real.. You have to pay? I think I will just google somewhere else..

Hi,

If the diastolic blood pressure is high, like above 120 mg Hg so it has to be brought for investigation. Left ventricle function would be a matter of concern and it has to be checked out.

High diastolic blood pressure demands the medical attention and it may need medication. It needs to correlate with the clinical condition or symptoms.

Sometime it could fall into a normotensive state of blood pressure.
