hi,thanks for query.Every body is having a biological clock in side their body.This regulates the temperature of body,depending upon the environmental factors and level of fluids in the body.There is no need to worry,drink plenty of fluids during the day.Wear good ventilated clothes,avoid wearing tight clothes and jeans etc.In the absence any thing else you does not require any thing.
