My fiancée has had tumors removed and cauterized from his colon for the last nine years,, duting the last one one of the tumors was biopsied and came back malignant.. He was to have a check up and missed it. Over the last 5 to 6 mo he gained nearly 50 lbs, and lost some but developed a large abdomen,, BUT he was wating junk food and leads a sedentary lifestyle. Very depressed and self defeated.. Also, he now has VERY frequent urination , some constipation, at times pAINFUL/.. He also has lost nearly all ability to get and sustain an erection, when he DOES manage to do so and "feels" like he had an orgasm.. Little to NO ejaculate material is produced.. I have him wating for an apt with a gastroenterologist, to go from there.. Any thought? Prostate? or still colon? color of feces and urine normal. Help?
