My Father Is 83 Years And Was Diagnosed With Alzheimer's

My father is 83 years and was diagnosed with alzheimer's last year and has no other health issues or on any other medication other than for that illness and the B12. He also has recently been diagnosed with parkinson's disease and Lou Gehrig's disease. His only phsical issues is mobility with a shuffling walk. My mother had to put him into a nursing home in the last fortnight and his feet are now badly swollen and he can't feel them as of yesterday. Other than an initial assessment from the nursing home doctor a week ago he is only attended by carers and won't be seeing him for another week. Should I be concerned? I have spoken to the office about it
