My endo just put me on Victoza for my diabetes. I read up on it and here are my concerns, I have a lapband. Won't this slow my food and all medications down and could I become toxic? I also have renal stents and heart disease . I also have medication to lower my triglycerides . When I read the warnings, I am not sure this is the right drug I should be on. He is a very busy doc with lots of patients. He mentioned I was a health 60 year old and could go on it. I don't think I am very healthy. Your thoughts?
