My daughter was complaining her stomach hurt earlier. She went to sleep and woke up about 1:45 saying she was going to throw up. When she did I noticed bright yellow and green pieces. Looking closer I realized she had chewed up and swallowed a foam nerf gun bullet. With the piece I found on the floor and pieces she had thrown up it was approximately just over 1/2 the bullet. Should I take her into the ED?
