Hi
Welcome to Healthcare magic forum
Sudden appearnce of red spots suggest an allergic reaction /Urticaria.
Could be due to food allergy, sometimes unknown cause. Visit a pediatrician/physician.
Takecare.

Hello there,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic. As you mentioned, your daughter having rashes in her mouth and few over her body, they might be related to measles, else chicken pox rashes or a mononucleosis. A simple viral exanthem might also present in same manner. Are the rashes accompanied by fever, as most of them do have fever as presenting symptom. And also look for lymph nodes( palpable soft masses) around neck area, above clavicle etc.It ia rather advisable to take your kid to a paediatrician and get it checked.Wishing your kid a quicker recovery.
