My daughter aged 6 is suffering with execma rash on her creases. I think it is an allergy to the material her leotard is made out of As she also has a rash on her knicker line. We have been treating her with a cetraben cream. This seems to be working and calming the rash down. I noticed today when I was putting her cream in that on her knicker line she also has what appears to be swollen lymph glands. Couldn't feel any on her neck. Is this a sign of infection, or just a reaction to the excema? Many thanks, Stacy
