My boyfriend of 52 has been acting not himself lately. He finally broke down and showed me his enlarged testicle, which is about the size of an orange, and he says he feels no pain there. He's a furniture mover and along with his testicle enlargement he over works himself loading tractor-trailers with furniture everyday.

He comes home in pain to which I knew nothing of because he hides it. He drinks a case of beer a night, every night. He told me he never told me of this enlargement, and his pain because he was trying to hang on because I have so many health problems. I myself have MS, nerve damage, and on Soc. Sec. disability and do not work. He is stubborn and won't go to the doctors, but tonight he asked me for help. He has no doctor can you help? What is wrong with his testicle? I am very scared.
