hello sir i am 28 years old i am suffering with azoosperima. Biospy was done in 21-July-2010 and doctor said there are no sperms. i need treatment what can i do please tell me

Since there is absence of sperm in testis it indicates testicular damage. This sperm can be used from other donor source from sperm bank. Consult Urologist in your case and get proper advice on what steps next to be taken and proper management.
