My Baby Is Having Loose Motion. Can We Continue Breast Feeding Her?

My 1.5month baby having loose motions which are in light green color 8-10 times a day. We have been berast feeding so far and as per the dcots advise we started feedign zero lac powder milk from today. The problem here is she is continuosly crying from the time we started feeding zero lac powder. We went for motion test as well and found that reducing substance in stool is positive. Can you please advise can we continue breast feeding her?

If it is green color stool then it is just nothing to worry if the stool examination is detecting reducing substance low then it is questionable, any way the baby can be feed as and on routine basis have nice day.
