My Ankles Are Swelling. BP 170/115, Suggest Me A Remedy
had normal blood pressure . but recently it has shot up 170 over115 my ankles have started 2 swell? i am on 2 blood pressure tabs and take metformin for my diabetes i dont smoke or take salt. its got me worried. my life style or eating habits have not changed

High blood pressure should be checked out by your GP !!!
