My Ankle Swells After An Excessively Long Flight Journey

I have moved from London to Australia 4 months ago and we had a lot of trauma during this move, I am 76 and take no medication of any kind. However, wearing support stockings on the flight my ankles remained perfectly normal, however in the last week or so, and principally due to heat I think, and humidity my ankles have swelled as they would normally do after an excessively long flight. Otherwise I feel fine, and am planning to have an aromatherapy Manual Lymph Drainage massage in about an hour or so time using Juniper and Fennel, as I am obviously retaining flue.

Hello
Welcome to HCM
Long journey leads to swelling in legs and ankle. You are taking right treatment, just avoid hanging of your legs for long. You can also do warm bottling on your kees or oil massage. If still it doesn't heal, then get an x ray done.
Wish you a good health.
Thank you
