My Age Is 42 Years, My Period Cycle Is Normally

My age is 42 years, my period cycle is normally always on 28 days. But since last one year heavy flow, headache, anxiety. I was having spotting since last 6 months. And spotting always on 12th day.
I had consult doctor for this and they did Ultrasound and found Endometrial Hyperplasia and Suspicious tiny polyp in lower segment of uterus . Thickness of Endometrial Lining was 15 mm.
Doctor suggested for Pap Smear and biopsy of tissues. The same was done on 9th April 16. My test report shows Acute Inflammatory Reaction and Hyperplasia. Doctor says now reports are normal but it may lead to cancer. Since Uterus mouth is unhealthy and suggested to remove the Uterus. Doctor gave me Deviry 10 mg for three cycles. Two pills each day from the 5th day of the period till 20th day. After Pap Smear on 9th April’ 16 still periods hv not come.

My worry is that really require to Remove Uterus ? Or Is there any other option? Please advise.
