My Fince went to donate plasma today, which he has done hundreds of times in the past 4 years with no issue, (except the occasional blown vein), But today he felt faint almost immediately after getting hooked up to the centrefuge machine, and told staff, they "loosened" his blood pressure cuff and went about their work,..he started to feel dizzy and before he could say anything he passed out, he woke a few minutes later they to them shaking him to wake him up, They said he was seizing, but told him he was fine to go home and did not need to see a doctor, that was about ten hours ago,..He is throwing up now, still faint and dizzy and has had a pounding migraine since he got home. Are these normal side effects? Is he ok? Should he go to the doctor or hospital,....The donating center said he was fine and was just dehydrated, But I dont see how that would cause a seizure, He has no history of seizures in the past
