Hi, I am from Faridabad, my ESR is increased it is 18mm in Ist hr. Please advise me some tablets . is it infection

An increase to 18 of ESR alone is not an indication for treatment.This is absolutely normal.How is your Complete Blood picture report ?What are your symptoms ?
