My Daughter is 8 months old 10 days before she was having fever then doc give Calpol syrup (2.5 ml thrice a day) and Meftal-p in case of high fever and we continued and fever gone also dengue test done but it was normal , in next day thn he suggested for SPPIRODEX 2.5 ml thrice for next 2 days , but some cough and cold catch up thn we started MAXTRA syup .5 ml thrice but again after 7-8 days fever again arise now given Calpol from 2 days but fever is coming in 6-7 hrs again , wht to do now plz advise
