My CT Scan Report Shows: - Nasal Septum Is Deviated

My CT scan report shows:

- Nasal septum is deviated to right with bony spur seen indenting right middle turbinate
- Polypoidal mucosal thickening / cyst is noted in the right maxillary sinus involving right infundibular recess
- Mucosal thickening with fluid level and secretions is seen in the left maxillary sinus involving left infundibular recess
- Polypoidal mucosal thickening and opacification of left sided sphenoid sinus is seen

Will I require surgery or is this condition treatable by medicines?
