My 6 Year Old Female Boston Seemed To Pull A

My 6 year old female Boston seemed to pull a muscle in her front leg trying to get a squirrel up a tree. That was 1 1/2 months ago and she still is limping. To add insult to injury she just damaged her dew claw and pulled it off. So, we thought she was still limping because of that. Yesterday she came out of the bush shaking her head like mad, with one ear down, like she was stung by a wasp or something flew into her ear. Looked but couldn't find a bite or see anything in her ear. I put some drops into her canal, but nothing came out. Today she is walking very weird. She's still limping and crying when she tries to get up or when you pick her up. She seems to have her rear end all curled up, like she has something hanging out of her anus. I cleaned her bum, but didn't see anything. It almost looks like something neurological is going on. She is normally a very active dog, follows my husband everywhere. I feel like she's either had bad luck in getting hurt or there may be something progressive happening. I'd really appreciate your professional help in figuring this out. Her appetite is normal and she doesn't have a fever. I started giving her glucosamine a month ago when she didn't recover from the pulled muscle. Kim
