My 6 year old daughter has been vomiting bright yellow bile in the morning once or twice a week for about the past 6 weeks what can it be ?

It seems she is having indigestion. First set her food habits right. Ask her to swallow the food properly and avoid spicy foods and foods like bread, biscuits etc.Avoid heavy foods in evening,give her plenty of fluids.If this does not solve the problem she need some investigation like blood,urine etc.
